Is it Illegal to Have a Spring Assisted Stiletto?

So I have this knife and I would like to know if it is illegal to own. It doesn't have a button but it has a spring in it and you use a lever on the back to open it. Thanks for the advice! PS It would be awesome if it was illegal, so I could brag to my friends for obtaining an illegal weapon!

What's the different from switchblade knives and microtech halo knives?

Are they the same kind of knives with a different names or are they just different knives? why?
