Your Questions About High Heels With Red Bottoms

Carol asks…

shoes to match a red chinese dress?

http://www.flickr.com/photos/88556970@N05/8439942625/ Im thinking of matching with black shoes with red bottom and red high heels

Our pick of the answers:

Never wear high heels with a qipao; that is the unstated postulate when wearing an article of clothing like that. Flats are what should be worn with a qipao. Black would be okay, it is best to wear one that's red like the color of your outfit if your skin tone is light enough to do so.

Susan asks…

question about my heel/ bottom of foot?

so today i was sitting at the table and i had barefeet and i rested my like heel on the chair pole that holds the legs together and now where i put the heel is all red and hurts when i walk.. will the feeling go away? what did i do?

Our pick of the answers:

Hello, First of all I am sorry that you have this pain, it must be frustrating. It is difficult to say exactly what happened to your heel but it does sound like you bruised it pretty badly. In order to diagnose you better please answer these questions: 1) Do you have high or low arches? 2) Does it hurt worse first thing in the morning? 3) Is there any bruising or swelling visible? 4) Which part of the heel hurts the most? Here are a few things you can do right now: 1) Ice your heel at least 4 times a day, either by applying ice directly or by rolling a frozen bottle under your heel and arch when you sit down. 2) Wrap it up with an ace bandage. 3) Rest and elevate your foot for a couple of days. Again, if you can answer my questions I would be happy to assist you further. You can write to me directly if you prefer, my email is in my Yahoo profile or itaiw@yahoo.com Feel Better!
