Your Questions About Womens Heels For Men

Donna asks…

How do you convert Mens shoe size to Womens?

So I have been wanting to buy a pair of heels for quite a while because I think they are extremely sexy footwear but I have no idea how to figure out what size Women's shoes are compared to Men's. Ive tried looking it up online but its kind of confusing so I was wondering if anyone knows? My shoe size in Men's is a 12.

Our pick of the answers:

All honesty, I don't even think they make shoes that big for women.

Susan asks…

How can I make one inch long shoes for project?

I already have the material but how should I structurally make them?

Our pick of the answers:

What material do you have? Makes a difference on how you should make them? Men's shoes, womens? I would recommend following the real life method (sort of) which is to make the upper as a hollow shell with edges to fold under and then make the sole and heel from thicker material and glue the upper down to the sole. E6000 or GOOP Craft hard setting silicone adhesives work with various materials including mixed.

Your Questions About High Heels For Men

Laura asks…

Why women wear high heels and men dont ?

Feet is the same in men and women right ? Best answer gets 10 points !

Our pick of the answers:

I wear high heels most of the time, but you have to realise that they distort your body and gait. To wear high heels and retain your posture and balance, without falling over takes time and practice. In short, to master the wearing of high heels needs patience. NOW, what man has patience?

Jenny asks…

How many men out there wear high heels?

When do you wear them and what size do you wear

Our pick of the answers:

Contrary to general public opinion, many men wear high heels. You can go to many places like www.hhplace.org and see for yourself. I personally wear heels as a man also at times. I have at least three to four pairs of boots with either a block heel or slim heel, 2 1/2" to 3" high that I wear with my longer pants usually when I dress up to go somewhere to eat or shop, special events, etc. I also have a pair of 3 1/2" wedges as well as some 2" sandal heels I wear with the same pants when I want to dress up but show my pedicured toes which is another subject all together. I wear mostly a size 12M in what is considered women's and 10 in what is considered men's with some fluctuation either way depending on the brand or type of shoe. I will say from what I have read on heel forums there are a lot of men who wear heels out and about and then there are many more who do so in the privacy of their own home out of fear of other's response. Wear them if you want, do not be ruled by fear of other's opinions.

VHA SupplyNetworks

VHA SupplyNetworks® Leverage Scale to Generate Greater Cost Savings for Hospitals from West Virginia to New York

Irving, TX (PRWEB) September 23, 2013

Two VHA SupplyNetworks affiliated with VHA Inc., the national health care network, recently consolidated to form the Mid-Atlantic Purchasing Coalition (MAPC), which represents 26 health care organizations in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Through this merger, participating hospitals can aggregate purchasing volumes and achieve greater cost savings. On the heels of this successful merger, nine New York hospitals participating in the Empire-Metro Sourcing Collaborative and two regional members also joined MAPC.

The hospitals will consolidate their purchases of medical supplies and services in order to drive savings and supply chain efficiency. The growth and partnership of these two supply networks builds upon existing collaborations between member hospitals ranging in size from small community hospitals to academic medical institutions, formalizing their commitment to leverage the network's size and scale for contracting working together to identify new areas of cost savings.

"With the continued financial pressure not-for-profit hospitals face, the value we're able to provide in savings and collaboration benefits not only to the health care organizations participating but also their patients and communities," said Taylor White, VHA's senior vice president of supply networks. "It's exciting to see hospitals in these two regions that span as far north as the border of Canada to West Virginia work together to problem-solve and echoes what we see across the industry."

The combined spend of the consolidated supply network is approximately $ 3.2 billion annually which offers significant volume and flexibility in contracting. In addition, the clinical specialization of some of the participating organizations will further shape improvements in physician preference initiatives particularly in pharmacy and oncology. In the future, new areas of focus and opportunity for the group will include services, physician preference, pharmacy and laboratory.

"Through participation in MAPC and now with the addition of hospitals from the Empire-Metro Region, we can aggregate our volume and act as a single contracting organization to save on supplies, pharmaceuticals and services and apply these resources towards patient care," said MAPC executive committee co-chair, Michael Barber, president, The Chester County Hospital and Health System, West Chester, Penn.

Dan Simmons, chief financial officer and treasurer, Monongahela Valley Hospital, Monongahela, Penn., shared a similar view: "Working with the other MAPC hospitals we've been able to discover best practices from our colleagues and work together to improve our organization. It's a great environment where we can all gain insight from each other's experience."

As network members come together to form larger organizations in terms of size, scope and total supply spend, participation in networks across VHA organizations increased from 50% to 73% between 2009 and 2012. In addition, network savings in that same period almost tripled, from $ 67 million to greater than $ 200 million annually. The organization uses Novation's contract portfolio to obtain better pricing on clinical commodities and clinical preference items that hospitals rely on to provide care.

About VHA:
VHA Inc., based in Irving, Texas, is a national network of not-for-profit health care organizations that work together to drive maximum savings in the supply chain arena, set new levels of clinical performance, and identify and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency and clinical outcomes. Since 1977, VHA has leveraged its expertise in analytics, contracting, consulting and networks to help members achieve their operational, clinical and financial objectives. In 2012, VHA delivered record savings and value of $ 1.9 billion to members. VHA serves more than 1,350 hospitals and more than 72,000 non-acute care providers nationwide, coordinating delivery of its programs and services through its 13 regional offices. VHA has been ranked as one of the best places to work in health care by Modern Healthcare since the publication introduced this list in 2008.

SELECT STYLES FROM OUR SPRING 2012 COLLECTION

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) October 13, 2011

Luichiny, designer of exclusive footwear for the trendsetting fashionista, is proud to introduce their Spring 2012 Collection, which they debuted at MAGIC's Platform Shoe Show in Las Vegas, NV in September. The immensely positive feedback from buyers and shoe industry insiders points to Luichiny having one of its strongest seasons on record!

Luichiny's Spring 2012 collection introduces sexy heels in boldly saturated colors such as of cadet blue, marigold, magenta, red, emerald green and winter white. The way they pair the shades in their color-blocked selections puts a fresh spin on the "mod" feel. As far as design shapes and silhouettes, the new collection incorporates tapered towers, bohemian inspired cork and rope wedges, classic Mary-Janes and sky-high architecturally solid platform pumps embellished with girly bows and metal studs. No detail is overlooked, down to the slightly upturned profile of the toe, the fact that the fabric covers the buckles and closures, and the metallic paint that glazes the cork on some of the sexier styles.

What fashion-forward girl doesn't want to rock the town in the towering ankle strap platform pumps shown below paired with mod opaque colored tights and an A-line (a la Twiggy), or the tall wedges peeking out from beneath a pair of 70's-chic bell-bottom rocker trousers (a la Joan Jett)?? There are also flats for the chic city girl, snakeskin for the racy girl's date night, woven raffia for a natural feel, and even bridal, red carpet or evening wear apropos styles!

Never one to leave any sizzling trend unaddressed, Luichiny hit the following trends and more head-on, and would be perfect for features about any of the following: Animal magnetism, fun fresh prints, metal embellishments, color and so many more.

Not only does Luichiny get a fashionista's heart racing, they also have love built right in. Luichiny's signature heart logo is printed on the soles of every shoe --- "From our heart to your sole".

Most recently, Luichiny Shoes has teamed up with Angela and Amber Cope, "The Cope Twins" from NASCAR, for their 2012 ad campaign and other co-marketing initiatives over the next 6 months.

The girls are bringing new sponsors to NASCAR racing to help bring in new fans every day. "I think where Amber and I are at and where Horizon Sports Management is at, it's all about bringing in non-traditional sponsors and NASCAR needs it…..Things like beauty, health and wellness; all of those things that you don't see in every day NASCAR. That's kind of what we're bringing in," said Angela.

The Cope twins just finished shooting the Spring 2012 Luichiny ad campaign featuring the hottest new shoe styles from the Collection. Luichiny's logo is currently featured on Angela Cope's car and will be showcased throughout the rest of the NASCAR Season including races in California, Kansas, and Florida.

Philadelphia, PA: General Director David B. Devan is pleased to announce the Opera Company's 38th Season, featuring five new productions at the Academy of Music and the Perelman Theater and a cast of much-anticipated debuts and returning star voices.

"The 2012-2013 Season features a carefully-planned blend of classics along with important works that will be new to many of our audiences," Devan shared. "We are especially thrilled to be able to realize five new productions in the upcoming season, allowing us to produce masterpieces like La bohème and The Magic Flute in imaginative and beautiful settings that honor the opera while providing a fresh and innovative look at them."

The Opera at the Academy season opens with director Davide Livermore's romantic La bohème, inspired by the impressionist art at the turn of the 20th Century, and in spring 2013, director Robert B. Driver directs The Magic Flute in a lush and contemporary rainforest setting.

Devan is also moving forward with recently announced artistic initiatives aimed at broadening the scope of new and rarely-performed works in Philadelphia. "In 2011, we launched the American Repertoire Program, our commitment to produce an American opera in each of the next 10 seasons starting with this June's Dark Sisters. Next season, we are proud to be producing the East Coast Premiere of Silent Night, an exciting new American work by composer Kevin Puts and librettist Mark Campbell, in a magnificent co-production with the Minnesota Opera. It's a moving story, and really offers the finest in opera and theater for today's audiences."

Other works already announced as part of the American Repertoire Program include Theodore Morrison's Oscar, planned for 2015, and Cold Mountain by Pulitzer Prize-winning composer Jennifer Higdon in 2016, both co-commissioned and co-produced with The Santa Fe Opera.

Further supporting its commitment to new works, the Opera Company's Composer In Residence Program, in collaboration with New York's Gotham Chamber Opera and Music-Theatre Group, will move into its next phase with the selection of a second composer in summer 2012. Current Composer In Residence Lembit Beecher is in his first year of the three-year residency, and produced a concert of his works in New York during January 2012.

The popular Aurora Series for Chamber Opera at the Perelman Theater returns with two contemporary British works РBenjamin Britten's Owen Wingrave produced by the Curtis Opera Theatre in association with OCP and Kimmel Center Presents, and the Opera Company of Philadelphia premiere of Powder Her Face by Thomas Ad̬s.

Devan also shared the renewal of Maestro Corrado Rovaris's contract as music director. Rovaris, who was appointed as the company's Jack Mulroney Music Director in 2004, has extended his commitment through the 2015-2016 Season. "Corrado has been pivotal to the success that the Opera Company of Philadelphia is experiencing. He embraces cutting-edge repertoire selections, and his international career allows him to identify artists and collaborators for us to engage here in Philadelphia. We are thrilled that our very talented orchestra and chorus will continue to develop under his leadership through 2016."

OPERA AT THE ACADEMY

LA BOHEME
by Giacomo Puccini
A NEW PRODUCTION
September 28, 30m, October 3, 5 & 7m, 2012
Sung in Italian with English translations

What better way to open the season than with an inspired new production of Puccini's ultra-romantic blockbuster, La bohème? The timeless story of a shy seamstress and a passionate poet who chance upon each other on a snowy Parisian evening, La bohème is known for its poignant melodies and characters that touch the very heart of our humanity. With sweeping orchestral and choral music, this original production from Italian director Davide Livermore (Cinderella, '06) shines a spotlight on the true bohemian influences at the turn of the 20th century by showcasing the intensely moving impressionist art created at that time.

Soprano Norah Amsellem, who received audience and critical acclaim as Desdemona in Otello in 2010 and who frequently performs in Paris, London, and Vienna, returns to sing the role of Mimì. Academy of Vocal Arts alumnus-turned-international tenor Bryan Hymel makes his company debut as Rodolfo, following a season where he made his debut as Don José in Carmen at La Scala and sang the title role in Faust with The Santa Fe Opera. Returning to the OCP stage as the tumultuous couple, Marcello and Musetta, are two Philadelphia favorites, baritone Troy Cook and soprano Leah Partridge. Cook, who returns to OCP in April as Lescaut in Manon Lescaut, recently sang the role of Guglielmo in Così fan tutte with Royal Opera, and created the role of Father Palmer in the World Premiere of Silent Night at the Minnesota Opera. Partridge's recent performances include Violetta in La traviata with OCP and in Dresden, Germany. This season, she adds Leïla in The Pearl Fishers to her leading roles with Pittsburgh Opera and Michigan Opera Theatre. Music Director Corrado Rovaris conducts Puccini's captivating score.

SILENT NIGHT
American Repertoire Program
A NEW CO-PRODUCTION with the Minnesota Opera
February 8, 10m, 13, 15 & 17m, 2013
Music by Kevin Puts     Libretto by Mark Campbell
Sung in English, German, French, Italian, and Latin with English translations

The critically-acclaimed new opera Silent Night recounts a miraculous moment of peace during one of the bloodiest wars in human history. On World War I's Western Front, weapons are laid down when Scottish, French and German officers defy their superiors and negotiate a Christmas Eve truce. Enemies become brothers as they come together to share Christmas and bury their dead in a moving dramatic work that features soaring, lyrical melodies and a stellar cast of stars.

Composer Kevin Puts, known for his orchestral repertoire, makes his operatic debut with this piece. Opera News said of the Minnesota Opera World Premiere, "The opening night ovation for Silent Night was long and clamorous, the loudest acclaim fittingly reserved for composer Kevin Puts …With this remarkable debut, Puts assumes a central place in the American opera firmament. Much will be expected from him."

Several Opera Company of Philadelphia favorites return as part of the original cast for this new work, with acclaimed tenor William Burden starring as the drafted opera singer whose voice inspires peace among adversaries, and soprano Kelly Kaduce as his love interest, Anna Sørenson. Burden has performed an array of new and rarely performed works in recent seasons, including the role of Daniel Hill in San Francisco Opera's Heart of a Soldier and Hippolyt in OCP's Phaedra, and he sings the role of Peter in San Francisco's The Gospel of Mary Magdalene in 2013. Kaduce, who was last seen in Philadelphia as Princess Lan in Tan Dun's Tea: A Mirror of Soul in 2010, has current performance credits in the title role of Madama Butterfly with The Santa Fe Opera, Portland, and the Minnesota Opera, and sang the title role in Rusalka in Montreal last fall. Also returning in his second production of the season is baritone Troy Cook, as Father Palmer, the Scottish priest who provides spiritual guidance.

A host of important OCP debuts are in store, including baritone Liam Bonner as Lieutenant Audebert, the conflicted French commander. Bonner's performance credits include the title role in Pelléas et Mélisande with Opera Theatre of St. Louis and Sid in Los Angeles Opera's Albert Herring. Bass-baritone Craig Irvin, a frequent guest artist with Wolf Trap Opera, makes his OCP debut as Lieutenant Horstmayer, the German commanding officer, with tenor Gabriel Preisser making his debut as Lieutenant Gordon, a role he created at the Minnesota Opera World Premiere.

Tony-nominated director and playwright Eric Simonson, with frequent productions at Steppenwolf Theater and on Broadway, stages this new production with scenic design by Francis O'Connor, costume design by Kärin Kopischke, lighting design by Marcus Dilliard, and projection design by Andrzej Goulding. Maestro Michael Christie, newly appointed to the role of music director for the Minnesota Opera and long-standing music director at Colorado Music Festival and the Phoenix Symphony, makes his company debut at the orchestra podium.

Silent Night is based on the screenplay for Joyeux Noël by Christian Carion for the motion picture produced by Nord-Ouest Production, and was built by the Minnesota Opera and jointly owned by Minnesota Opera and Opera Company of Philadelphia.

THE MAGIC FLUTE
by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart
A NEW PRODUCTION
April 19, 21m, 24, 26 & 28m, 2013
Sung in German with English translations

Mozart's fabled tale returns to OCP, ushering in the spring with a vivid, new production. We meet the noble Tamino, an impassioned, contemporary adventurer whose search for enlightenment amid a series of daunting trials ultimately leads him to find his one true love. The Magic Flute is an opera that delights both seasoned opera buffs and novices, from the famously dazzling "Queen of the Night" aria, to Papageno's melodies, replete with humorous, bucolic whimsy.

This new production from director Robert B. Driver and designer Guia Buzzi transports audiences to the lush rainforests of Brazil, marrying the beauty and wonder of our natural resources to Tamino's quest to protect that which is right and good. Sets and costumes are co-produced with Festival Amazonas de Ópera in Brazil.

The rising cadre of starring artists includes Spanish tenor Antonio Lozano as Tamino, who makes his OCP debut in 2012 as Belmonte in The Abduction from the Seraglio on the heels of performances as Lindoro in The Italian Girl in Algiers in Oveido, Spain. Soprano Elizabeth Zharoff, a Curtis Institute alumna who also stars as Konstanze in Abduction, returns in the role of Pamina. Baritone Mark Stone, well-loved in Philadelphia as well as leading opera houses throughout Europe, returns following his recent success in the title role of Don Giovanni in Berlin, as Papageno, the comical sidekick with a keen eye for birds. The Queen of the Night is sung by Rachele Gilmore in her company debut. Gilmore made her debut at La Scala this season as Olympia in The Tales of Hoffmann, a role she also sang at the Metropolitan Opera. Jack Mulroney Music Director Corrado Rovaris leads the Opera Company Orchestra.

AURORA SERIES FOR CHAMBER OPERA AT THE PERELMAN THEATER
Underwritten by the Wyncote Foundation

This season, the Aurora Series brings us two sharply contrasting contemporary British works, produced in the intimate and highly theatrical setting of the Perelman Theater. From Benjamin Britten's haunting rendition of a short story by Henry James, to an operatic take on the lascivious story of a noble woman and her much-publicized sexual appetite by Thomas Adès, this Aurora Series pairing provides two rare and unforgettable performance experiences!

Curtis Opera Theatre's
OWEN WINGRAVE
In association with OCP and Kimmel Center Presents
By Benjamin Britten
A NEW PRODUCTION
March 13, 15 & 17, 2013
Sung in English

From the heart and mind of famed composer Benjamin Britten emerges a stirringly beautiful chamber opera based on a short story by Henry James. The opera, which premiered in 1970, introduces us to Owen Wingrave, a committed pacifist born into a renowned military family. Met with a torrent of disapproval over his beliefs yet desperate to keep the love of his would-be bride, Owen is determined to prove his inner strength – even if it leads to his own mysterious end.

The gifted young voices of the Curtis Opera Theatre, under Artistic Director Mikael Eliasen, star in this highly-anticipated production. Britten's orchestral music, by turns spellbinding and terrifying, will be brought to life by the Curtis Symphony Orchestra.

Further details of the creative team will be announced later in the spring of 2012.

POWDER HER FACE
By Thomas Adès Libretto by Philip Hensher
A NEW PRODUCTION
June 7, 9m & 12, 2013
Sung in English

This bawdy British romp is based on the real life of Margaret, Duchess of Argyll, whose famously scandalous divorce in the 1960s would have provided weeks' worth of fodder for today's 24-hour news cycle. As intimate details of her sexual proclivities and lurid tales of trysts with potentially-famous partners became public, she earned herself the dubious nickname of "The Dirty Duchess."

Contemporary British composer Thomas Adès creates a chamber opera with a story both comic and tragic, as groundbreaking in its subject matter as its eclectic musical style, which draws on everything from big band and swing to Strauss and Schubert for inspiration. The New York Times said "'Powder Her Face' is a delightful entertainment ... we have a distinctive composer among us."

Celebrated soprano Nancy Gustafson, renowned for leading performances at the Metropolitan Opera, Royal Opera Covent Garden and La Scala, among others, makes her Opera Company of Philadelphia debut in the title role. Bass Ben Wager, an Academy of Vocal Arts alumnus with a host of leading role credits in Berlin, returns to OCP as the Hotel Manager, with tenor Christopher Tiesi, a Curtis Institute alumnus who made his OCP debut as Gastone in La traviata in 2010, as the Electrician. Soprano Ashley Emerson, a graduate of the Metropolitan Opera's Lindemann Program who has performed the role of Papagena in The Magic Flute with the Met and Flora in Opera Theatre of St. Louis's Turn of the Screw, is featured as the Maid. Maestro Corrado Rovaris leads this Aurora Series chamber work.

Please be advised that Powder Her Face features explicit sexual content and adult situations which are inappropriate for young audiences.

Your Questions About Heels Tumblr

Mandy asks…

Does anyone know where to find cute high heels?

I want high heels like really cute ones. Like the ones you see on tumblr ( if I spelled it right). I want to start weren't them but I don't know where to find ones that are cute and not to adultish???

Our pick of the answers:

Jenny asks…

What shoes would look good with this dress?

http://24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m9e7x4qtnM1rqyk3so1_500.jpg I'm getting that dress for homecoming this year. The sequins on the top part are silver and the rest of the dress is a dark navy blue. I know silver heels would be best and I already have a pair but they're really old worn out. Under $30 would be great, and if you could find a pair that have less than a 4 inch heel that would be great as well :) Thanks!

Our pick of the answers:

Try silver & black wedges. They'll give you height but you won't be all wobbly.

Your Questions About Stilettos Heels

Linda asks…

Do leather covered stiletto heels seem more dressy than wooden ones?

I've seen some gorgeous shoes this fall and winter, but some of them in the black patent and regular black leather have either a black wooden or tan wooden stiletto heel. I think I prefer when the whole heel is covered in leather like the rest of the shoe for a dress shoe and that wooden ones are still cute, but maybe not as dressy for formal events. What do you all think?

Our pick of the answers:

I would probly agree with u

Ruth asks…

Is it easy to walk in a 5 inch stiletto heels ?

I want to know is it easy to walk in a 5 inch stiletto heel ?

Our pick of the answers:

If you're used to wearing heels then yes its easy. But if your new to heels work your way up start with 3 inch once your comfortable walking in those go to 4 and work your way up to 5 inch and it shouldn't be hard. Good luck!

Your Questions About Court Shoes Squash

Sharon asks…

I get really embarrassed really easily?

Like, if a teacher asks me a question, even when I know the answer and get it right, I get embarrassed, things that have happened in the past still embarrass me. I'm so nervous when it comes to class work and answering out loud, I get angry with myself when I think of anything embarrassing i've done especially when it's stupid! At the minute our changing rooms are being re-done so all the girls have to get changed in the squash court, while it is cut off from everybody else, there is still around twenty other girls to get changed in front of and no where to hide... this makes me embarrassed just thinking about it! How can I be less embarrassed all the time? :/

Our pick of the answers:

Don't worry it's normal to get embarrassed a lot. You have to remember that embarrassment is purely a mental thing; you can beat it if you want to. The chances are that there's nothing to be embarrassed about anyway, so try to brush it off as much as you can. Stop thinking about it. I used to get incredibly embarrassed, so much so that I avoided people all the time... Then I realised that nobody really cared except me and I should just stop caring so much. I mean, think about it. Do you really think anyone cares about you answering in class? Do you think that when you answer a question, they're like "Oooh! She answered a question, she should be embarrassed!" No, because that's silly and it's totally unrealistic to think like that. You just have to think rationally, put yourself in their shoes and realise that you're just another person to them - you have no cause to be embarrassed, so try to let it go and even laugh about it. Those girls are probably just as embarrassed by getting changed in front of other girls too. Who wouldn't be? But the truth is, embarrassment is pointless, because guess what - everyone has insecurities. You won't care about those girls getting changed in front of YOU, right? So why do you think they'll care about you? Especially if you don't really know most of them. Just get on with it like a pro, pretend you're the only one in the room. What's the worst that can happen anyway? There's nothing you can't handle when you let yourself have confidence. Imagine you're a supermodel if you have to! That's what I used to do, then I'd start laughing about it afterwards. And don't forget to smile, these trivial things will get better. Good luck you have my vote :D

Ruth asks…

My foot hurts? hmmmmmm?

My foot hurts right around my big, second and third toes. It starts at the top of my toes, and the pain continues about one fourth of my foot. Any idea on what might be wrong? Oh, and it's a shooting pain when I walk. Thanks!

Our pick of the answers:

Hello there. A 'shooting' type pain is commonly a nerve pain, or result of a nerve being compressed or disrupted. In the long bones of the foot (the metatarsals) small nerves run in between them. It is very common for these to get 'squashed' by the bones. This causes a 'shooting' like pain into the toes. This is usually the result of tight fitting footwear (obviously common in ladies who were tight fitting court shoes). This condition is called a morton's neuroma, they can be very common. They usually present in between the 3rd and 4th toe space, but can occur in the others as well. If this is what you are suffering from and my quick description matches your problem then you need to look at what might be causing compression of your foot, such as tight fitting footwear, your foot type etc. Nerve pain responds very well to ice or ice massage, so try this on the affected foot. Regards, Lloyd

Australian Fashion Footwear Conf3ss behind a Revolution in Shoes

Design Your Own Shoes with Interchangeable Straps and a range of shoe styles

Gold Coast, Australia (PRWEB) May 11, 2015

Revolutionary Australian based footwear company Conf3ess has gone global with the announcement of international distribution for its inventive, stylish, interchangeable strap hi-chic shoe system that's changing the fashion footwear game forever. The future of online shoe shopping has changed forever.
For the uninitiated, the revolutionary flats to women's high heel shoes, replaceable-strap on trend must-haves of the year have fundamentally changed the way women can buy, store and outfit-match shoes as well as save a great deal of money.

Largely driven through online platforms, the global focus was a natural extension for the lightweight, space spacing shoes that are easy to freight and with a user-friendly online design tool for clients to select various designs, style and colors prior to purchase.

Conf3ss Creative Director and Founder Michelle Noordink said that the modular, multifunction aspect of the shoe design was merely one aspect of the range's popularity.

"We wanted to produce a high quality, on trend shoe, that met with the modern needs of busy women, travelled well and was also a time and money saver," Ms Noordink said.

"The entire range represents less than $ 400 for which you can have more than 26,000 design variations of shoe to suit every possible occasion which is obviously a plus.

"But we don't compromise on quality or style and in seconds you can reliably update your shoes with just one or two adjustments to heels and straps to whatever you're wearing, comfortably and quickly and still look fabulous," she said.

Ms Noordink said the pace at which the business was growing since it's launch in late 2014 was exciting and that the foundations of the company had truly sprung from a light bulb moment.

"I was at a lunch and noticed all the women wearing the same type of shoe with with similar toe strap and ankle straps but they were all different heel heights and colors," she said.

"It was literally an idea born that day and I went away drafting the first designs – from there we've built the brand to the current range and it's an evolving process as each season brings new colour and fabric trends."

International reach has led to plans for extending the line as various fabrics, colors and seasonal trends around the world continue to influence and evolve the range.

Your Questions About Shoes For Women With Flat Feet

Laura asks…

What is the best motion control athletic shoe for flat feet?

I'm on my feet all day at work. I walk from department to department at the store that I work at. I'm flat footed and need a top quality motion control shoe. Please help.

Our pick of the answers:

I think New Balance Men's M890v2 Neutral Running Shoe and New Balance Women's M890v2 Neutral Running Shoe .

Donna asks…

Any women here that never wear flat shoes?

Our pick of the answers:

I NEVER EVER where flats. High heels look soooo much better. A pair of tall, slim heels adds a degree of utter sophistication and elegance to any outfit. I cannot fathom how a woman who truly cares about here appearance can possibly wear anything but heels. I am totally committed to wearing nothing but stiletto heels on my delicate size 4.5 peds.I absolutely love to show off my gorgeous little peds by wearing daringly bare high heel sandals. I prefer sandals with an extremely high and impossibly thin stiletto heel, with remarkably thin straps. I simply adore wearing an ultra feminine stiletto heel thong or mule with a single thin strap over my delicate pampered ped. I absolutely refuse to wear anything lower than 4 inch heel. I am too vain to compromise my beautiful appearance by wearing anything less., there is no such thing as a heel that is too tall and slender! My feet must always appear to be in the "enpointe" position. The shoes I choose to wear are always very feminine with lavish details such as flowers, chiffon bows, intricate straps, cutouts, open toes, and unthinkably tall, thin delicate heels. I have to be EXTREMELY careful of my every step and must watch my footing constantly. I never ever hurry in my stilettos ...I would rather be fashionably late– rather I take mincingly diminutive delicate steps to keep my balance, and to protect my beautiful, fragile body from any harm. I slowly sway my slender hips as I walk, placing one bejeweled stiletto clad ped gently in front of the other in a catwalk pattern to emphasize my sensual shape. The walk you achieve by wearing heels is sooooo much more refined and sensual than what you can possibly achieve without heels. Heels definitely!

Nancy asks…

why are tallboots so hard to find?

i hae a large foot(womens size 10) and al the tall boots in that size have a REALLY big calf, and they are like mongo on me!! why do they think if you have big fett, you hav big calves???

Our pick of the answers:

Tall boots are designed to fit as close to your leg as possible. Unfortunately, with so many different foot and calf sizes, it is only profitable for boot companies to make the most common sizes. This leaves a lot of people with few options when buying tall boots. I have the same problem you do: giant feet (women's size 9) and thin calves (not even 12" around). I looked around for tall boots for months, checked size charts online, and tried to figure out the best boots for me. I found that Ariats have the slimmest calves of any popular boot brand. There's a size chart included in the sources below. Unfortunately for me, Ariats still weren't slim enough. I eventually had one of two choices: buy a pair of custom boots or have some boots taken in. Custom boot brands include DerDau, Sergio Grasso, and others. These boots are made to your specifications, meaning that they are guaranteed to fit. This also makes them extremely expensive (usually $700+). I'm 15 so I'm still growing. I didn't want to pay so much for a pair of custom boots that probably wouldn't fit as well in a year or two. So I went to a local tack store and I bought the boots that fit me BEST (they still didn't fit well, but they fit me the best). Then I took them to my local riding boot cobbler. The boots were around $300, and it cost $110 to have them taken in around the calf. So it was still expensive to do this, but far less so than buying custom boots. And I got a pair of fairly well-fitting boots. But beware: My cobbler told me that it is only really possible to take a pair of riding boots in around the top so as not to ruin the shape of the boot. Meaning that while my boots fit well from mid-calf and up, they are still loose around the ankle. It's not noticeable when I'm riding because my heels are down, but it is a little bit of an annoyance for me. My recommendation would be that if you plan on keeping these boots for several years and can afford it, go custom. It'll save you a lot of hassle. Otherwise, if you are like me (I only plan on keeping these boots until I stop growing), have a pair of boots taken in. Later on, you can buy a pair of fully custom boots. Hope I helped!

Your Questions About High Heels

Nancy asks…

Exercising in high heels?

I've heard that exercising in high heels is extremely good for balance and strength training. I do it all the time in pole dancing class. It looks like some women are more extreme and climb mountains in high heels... Is doing sporting activities and exercising in high heels the new thing? http://www.flickr.com/photos/edwinkwan/6041184321/lightbox/

Our pick of the answers:

Walking in high heels is not a great calf exercise because the range of the calf is severely limited by the heels. It is roughly the equivalent of walking on the balls of your feet with your ankles propped up, not pulled up by the calf muscles. People participating in sports should always wear the appropriate clothing and foot gear. High heels do nothing favorable to any sport with the possible exception of pole dancing. Pole dancing is a fad spin-off of stripping and strippers wear high heels. So, pole dancing classes may require high heels too so the trainee can learn the moves in the foot great required for stripping. That would improve your skill level, a neurological adaptation, for that particular activity but will do nothing for you otherwise. Rock climbing in high heels is not a fad any more than rock climbing in a tube top and mini skirt. The picture you posted a link to is just a picture. You would be wise to give up pole dancing unless you want to be a stripper. You should spend your time developing the musculature and skills to suit your specific goals rather than just picking a methodology and settling for whatever comes of it...like Yoga, boot camping, and pole dancing. Good luck and good health!! ♠
