What is a good men's basketball shoe for women these days?

My daughter wants some new basketball shoes. Are there any females out there that have found a men's basketball shoe to be more narrow than others to properly fit their feet? The selection for women's shoes is awful. I've had recommended the Hyperdunk and Hyperfuse. Thanks. And only answer if you have something logical to say that would help me out.

What are some good shoes for running?

I'm trying to find some good women's shoes for running. Some that are comfortable, good looking, good for running long distances, and that will last a long time. Any suggestions?
