When you buy high heels do you leave the price tag on the bottom of the shoe?

Lately I've seen lots of women wearing high heels with the price tag still on one of the shoes between the heel and the sole. Red soled High heels (christian loboutin style) - where can i find a similar pair?

You know the shoes all the celebs wear with the red soles... where can I get a label-less pair? ie a pair similar that doesn't cost £300! Was sure I saw a place a while ago but can't remember where I saw it. Can anybody please help???
