Court shoes or running sneakers for running?
Does it really make a difference if i wear court shoes or regular sneakers for running? The thing is I have a track meet this Friday, and I need a new pair of sneakers, but the thing is I need a new pair of volleyball sneakers too, instead of having to buy two different pairs of sneakers, can I just buy one. Will the court sneakers give me the same results as the running sneakers?
