Starting a business, where can I buy wholesale shoes and other things?

I would like to open a shoe store.. where can I buy a wide variety of womens shoes, cheap? Thanks!

This means you will be able to purchase directly from the manufacturer and sell for their MSRP - usually double the wholesale price. You also need to find out who pays frieght. It is generally the manufacturer, but you need to find out. Otherwise, you can think you're buying shoes for 40 to sell for 80, but you receive a freight bill and that cuts into your profits.
