What kind of pants would i wear with these shoes (pic) ?

Jessica simpson Jungle wedge shoe size help?
i want to buy the jessica simpson jungle espadrille i am a size 6 uk what do i get a usa 8 or 8.5 because on their website the shoe conversion is different...i am confused.
