i have a party and im planning on wearing a high waisted black skirt with black tights and heels. Hmm well the shoes depend on what shirt you wear. I suggest you get a white tank with buttons on the front and wear the second pair of shoes. If u want a more classy look, pair the white tank with a blazer and wear the first pair
