What dresses can I wear with these pairs of Oxford pumps?

I'm looking for a couple of different dress ideas, both casual and dressy, but mainly dresses I could wear to a formal event (i.e. homecoming, graduation). I can't figure out what would go well with these pairs of shoes because it seems difficult to pair with the proper outfit. Also, I prefer no outfits with tights. By the way, I was hoping for different ideas for each pair of shoes.
