Im 5 ft tall, and weigh 98 lbs, with a b cup chest and looove high high heels. and im a sophmore, im going to prom with a senior and its my first prom. what type of dress should i get?

Where can I take or mail my old formal cothes?
I have a ton of old prom dresses and formal dresses, high heels, purses, etc. I live in Ventura, CA (right above Los Angeles so I'd be willing to travel) and I would like to donate them to some sort of charity for teens who can not afford prom dresses and accessories.
