US women's shoe size for foot length of 11 3/16 inches?

Basically, I am a US men's size 11.5, what size should I buy in women's shoes? My friend is having a costume party and I need some killer heels. Thank you. Add approx 1.5-2.0 sizes to convert US Mens to US Womens, and unless your foot is extraordinarily narrow for a man, keep in mind the extra width. So a Size 13W or 13WW might do it (half sizes not generally available above 9.5 or 10.5). Good luck finding that at any retail location. Try online = sources or search online for a local specialty size shoe retail store.

for my friend. we looked everywhere! her dress is from forever21 and it's black with gold bedazzles on it it's soo cute and she wants gold shoes and prefers not to spend more than $40 and doesn't want to buy online. we've checked forever21, target, macy's, and pacsun. any suggestions? oh and if you know where to get hot pink shoes, that's be good to know too(: again not online and less than $30. thaanks
