Is this a good prom dress?
http://www.target.com/Limited-Woven-Strapless-Dress-Red/dp/B002IJFAHY/ref=pd_ecc_rvi_2 ok, i know it's a cheap dress from target and all but i can't afford much more. i was wondering if it would be a good prom dress. i would wear it with these heels: http://www.shoemall.com/product/Mootsies-Tootsies-Womens-Hot-Heels-Pump-Black-160612&utm_medium=CSE&style=160612&utm_source=Nextag&utm_campaign=CSE/ and a necklace sort of like this one: http://www.maxandchloe.com/fulldetails/6697/112,123?PID=2178999 but the one i have has several feathers in pink and gold and i got it at claire's so there's no way it's as expensive as that one but i couldn't find a pic of the one i have. i would also wear some rings i have. i thought that if i wore it with some cool jewelry it would make it look more fun and effortless. so is it a good prom dress?
