What shoes would look good with this dress?

It is for an outdoor, school even, casual, but we're supposed to dress up. Maybe sandals, or flats.. Idk. Got any ideas? Where should three 13 years olds go shopping black friday?
Me and my friends are going shopping... there spending the night on thurs then we wanna go clothes shopping what time should we get to the stores? Were thinking old navy? What time to get in lines? What to bring to get the most shopping in our time?

Well, do you have a Primes Outlet Mall where you live? If you do, I would suggest you going there. They have big sales and you can find up to a 100 stores at that mall. You can find EVERYTHING from shoes to womens to mens to luggage to accesories to childrens to anything you can imagine. Good luck. ;)
