where can you buy size 9, women basketball shoes? for a cheap price?

2 days from now, i have a basketball camp, i have basketball shoes, but im going to need new ones soon, so i decided to look now. so im wondering if theres a store where i can buy basketball shoes, for women (i wear size 9) and at a cheap prize, like under $40 or something. Iknow dicks and footlocker are good shoe stores, but those stores are Reallyy expensive, and im looking for like half of that price ! so please help me find an in expensive store to buy womens basketball shoes at.. thanks. btw, i live in Richmond Va. if that helps.

Is there any websites that sell women sandals & shoes in general 4 cheap other then websites like Go Jane.com?

I've been searching online for websites that sell shoes for women like sandals and heels etc. but the only website that i've found that have all the latest shoes especially sandals that's very cute for extremely cheap prices is Gojane.com does any body know of any other websites that i can shop for shoes for cheap because Gojane has such great prices and shoes that their sizes go very fast and I don't have any other websites to go to...Please help i'm tryin to shop for shoes with reasonable prices before i go back to college!!!
