What to wear with black spiked/studded heels?

I'm going to a club next month and I'm buying these heels: http://www.bluebanana.com/product.php/1001848/97/blue-banana-spiked-design-platform-shoes--black- I need an idea of what to wear with it. I want to make the outfit look rock-chick yet feminine if you get what I mean? I don't wanna look gothic :L The only thing I don't want to wear is trousers/leggings, it's either a skirt or dress.. someone give me some ideas? :)

Why do guys like stiletto/spike heels?

Because they are about as feminine as a shoe as you can get. They flatter our legs by making them seem longer and more toned. I personally love my stilettos and couldn't imagine being without them(yes I am a heel addict). Not only do they look so cute, but I feel I look incredible in them and I love how I feel in them. Yes, men take a lot of notice to a woman in them.
