Where is a good place to get cheap heels?

I am 17, and haven't owned a pair of heels before. I tried some out at Payless the other day and I walked and stood in them fine. I've started having an interest in them, so I'm looking to buy my first pair of heels. I'd appreciate if anyone could help me find affordable heels. - I don't like platforms - Peeptoe's are preferred Any advice/tips would be greatly appreciated.

You should go to macys and nordstrom because they always have a really good sale. Buying cheap heels is not that great because the heel is not sturdy and after walking in them for awhile your feet will start to cramp and eventually the heel will break because of the pressure. Since macys and nordstrom has really good sales and discounts on their shoes you can be sure that you are getting a shoe thats worth your money and you wont sprain ankle because the heel wont break. Steve madden has a really good shoe collection and their sales are really good i got a cute pair of mary janes and peep toes for $65 for both! And they are worth it because when i walk around in them i dont feel like theyre going to break when i take another step like cheap shoes. Hope this helps you. Is there another, cheaper shoe like the Rayna Wrap Boot by Free People?

I absolutely love the Rayna Wrap Boot but it's over $300 dollars and the only sizes they have left are a 6.5 and a 7. Does anyone know of a boot that looks just like it and is way cheaper?
