Where can i find a black dress with a red accent?

I am going to my brother's wedding in March of 2012 and the Bride asked me to wear a black dress with a red sash. She said not floor length but DEFINITELY not too short, because I am only 14. I am 5'0" and xs (I still have to wear kid sized jeans) Also, I don't have much money and the limit my parents gave me was $75. But I will have to buy some red heels with that money too. /: I am a size 2 in shoes. I was looking at LBD's but the bride ruled them too short and sophisticated for a 'young girl' as she put it. So where can I find a Black Dress with ANY Red Accent (not just a sash, but like red top part or red bottom part..etc) That is cheap and not short ?

Is the Website BurnFashion.com Legit or a Rip off?

I ordered a pair of Red Bottom Heels from this site and they claim to come with a serial number and authenticity card but they don't. They are absolutely fake and you can almost smell the spray paint. They came damaged and the inside all tore up. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE
