Why Prime Outlets stores can sell thing at such a low price sometimes?
For example, are the Coach handbags at Prime Outlets "new" stocks? How about the clothes or shoes from other brands like Reebok, Adidas, Tommy Hilfiger, Guess? Are they past season stock or manufacturer defected stuff?
