Where can i buy a pair of Slouchy Thigh High Boots?

Somewhere online preferably, but i wouldn't mind going to a store also. I want them to be flat (without a heel) & not to pricey. Over the knee boots will do also. Maybe from $30.00 - 90.00 is a good price. I have looked everywhere and i have no had success with finding thigh high boots, they only have knee high or smaller.
