they have like cute cute shoes, and all kinds of clothes youd see in like forever 21, but way cheap? i guess its some sort of outlet ? name and location please. list multiple if needed :)

I live right by there and go there all the time! Its a very nice and up to date mall. :) For the items that you listed, they really aren't that much cheaper than an 'real' mall. I would say to bring around 300-400 if you are going to get something from each of those stores. Have fun!
