Cross Country Spikes?

I need cross country spike. Is there anywhere esle where i can get them? thanks

They all look pretty good. All u want is a spike with a heel (sprint spikes dont have heels) so a distance track spike is fine. U might need to buy actual cross country spikes to change with the track ones it comes with. Since cross country spikes are different. Or u could always go to ur local running store and get fit and maybe pay 5 dollars more but get the perfect shoe. Also ask ur coach if they have any discounts at any stores. I know my team has a 20% discount at this one running store which makes an 100 dollar shoe 80 ( more reasonable)

Or a spiked Helmet, like the Kaiser used to wear? or maybe both?
