What are some things to know about Spike and Platform High Heels?
What are some tips that can help me walk in 5+ inch spikes and 7-8 inch platforms with out falling on my face? I hear alot of people say just to practice, but what do i practice? What are some things that i can do to help me balance and walk pretty in these high heeled spikes and platforms?
