What should I wear to an interview for ROSS?

I'm just 18, so I don't know how I could dress professional while still not looking too "old"? And would it be okay to wear just simple, black ballet flats to the interview? Or do I need to wear heels?

What to wear for Linkin Park concert? 10 POINTS AWARDED IN NEXT HOUR?

Im 24 and usually dress girly- dresses or tight jeans and pretty tops + heels. I got capri pants, nicely tailored and fitting, was thinking of wearing that with a tight white t-shirt, thick brown belt and some sneakers? or with sandals Or should I go in skinny jeans and a loose top + flats? Anything other suggestions? Its my first concert :) Help appreciated.
