Girls - what is the smallest girl feet you have seen or heard about?

I'm only a size 5, but saw a size 13 in kids the other day (she was 18 !!)....talk about tiny...she was 4'11 but the smallest feet i've seen. Not only was her feet small but they were really cute and i'm jealous. Seriously, her foot was about 7 inches long.
