Larger shoe sizes are becoming common among women. But just how big? Among ladies you know, who has the longest feet, and what's their size? Do they pedicure their feet and show them off?

Ladies, what is your shoe size in closed-toe shoes wearing socks? Is it bigger than your regular size?
Some women primarily wear open-toe shoes, and base their shoe size on those. For a comfortable fit in closed-toe shoes (wearing socks instead of hose, with room to expand during the day, guy style) do you get a larger size? Please give sizes.
