Where can I buy a pair of cheap black stilettos?

It's my 19th birthday in 2 weeks and I have just bought a new dress but now I am struggling to find shoes! I really want a pair of black stilettos that are over 5 inch heels and have a slight platform. I want a closed toe but I'm not fussed about the material. I have seen a lot while searching online but the cheapest I can find are £30 and this is still a bit more than I was looking to spend! Does anyone know anywhere which may sell them cheaper?

Is there anything I can do to make walking in stilettos easier?

I have a Christmas event coming up in two weeks. I have no problem wearing heels, except the ones I got are higher than I'm used to. They are about 4 inch heals and the most I can do is 3 inches. Is there anything I can do to make it easier for that night? Anything like stretches, maybe something to make it more comfortable? They are silver Maryjane stilettos. Help please!
