Need help finding the perfect pair of shoes can you help?

Trying to find 2" red heels. I'm tall, they can't be to high. I hate pointy ones, I like the pump style. I've been searching everywhere do you know of any good places to look?

My school has a uniform.. :[ ichh. polos and black/khaki. This year, our jackets have purple, gold, black, white, or khaki! And shoes add styleeeee to our blahh uniforms! what do i need to add!?

Necklaces (macys lucky brand, forever 21), shoes (pumas, converse, flats from steve madden, what ever your style is) , bags( abercombie and fitch, amercan eagle), etc that those things are hard to find good and cheap.
