How do you walk in high heels without falling?
I need to learn in 4-5 days, and I have 3 inch. I never actually wore them before outside the shoe store.

You better wear them as much as possible, around the house, running errands, etc. You need to get use to wearing them for longer and longer periods and wearing them in all types of situations. Such as up and down stairs or slopes, on dirt, grass, or gravel, any place you might be wearing them. Also, a trick I have used is to get a another pair that are higher and wear them some too. This way when you switch back to the slightly lower heels, they will feel better to your feet.
