What Are Some of the Best Snow/ Winter Boots for Women?

I live in British Columbia, Canada, and it's expected to be a bad winter this year. It can get really cold and the snow can get somewhat high, so I would like a boot that would ideally go up to just under my knees. Good traction and warmth are also important. My budget would probably be around $150. I also want boots that are durable enough to handle hiking.
