Where's a good place to shop for clothes?

I would like to buy new clothes for back to school. What are some stores with decent quality and reasonable price to shop?

Feather earrings! Gold studded bracelets! Multiple friendship bracelets<- Nordstrom has a lot) Popular= crop tops/ Dolman tops! Pretty much anything flowy! Cardigans (one flowy or lacey and another short sleeved sleeved one) You can get them at Forever 21, Macy's, etc. For plain ones you can get them at Nordstrom too! White and/or khaki capris white jeans!!!! Popular Shoes: Sandals: Gold- Steve madden! Try gladiators and tan colors too! Flip-Flops: Striped, colorful, metallic- Havaianas or leather abercrombie ones TOMS- eco, and helps children in LDC's Sperrys- Cute! Other: Plain tanks/ camis to wear under shirts? Get one in White/cream, navy, and black! Juicy Hoodie Pink Hoodie/Sweats Coach crossbody bags? Stores: but yea.. If you want to get cheap stuff and have alot of choices I highly suggest forever21! For good quality and cute clothing but more expensive, go to Nordstrom, Dillard's, Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, or Free People. Abercrombie Hollister A.E.- cute tops and jeans Zara, H&M Macy's TJ Maxx/Marshall's-sells stuff for cheap Target/JCPenny- Cute affordable sundresses Oldnavy, Gap kids, 77 kids, DELIA's! Cute Oh! I was going to add... You should also buy cute jackets like white jean jacket, cropped jean jacket, etc over dresses (very cute) or tanks that don't meet dresscode Dress nonchalantly. Don't overdo it or under do it by wearing sweats. I think the 2nd and 3rd days are the days you should wear you cute new stuff :D. Be different!

Should I get Madden Girl Gamer Boots or Steve Madden Troopa boots?

The Madden Girl boots are much cheaper compared to Steve Madden but what about the quality? Are they exactly the same or am I missing something?
