Shoes for tall women?

I am about 5 foot 9, with size 11 feet. I need shoes for prom that come in that size and are 2.75 inches at the VERY most. I also don't want to spend a lot of money on them. Less than 50$ hopefully. Do any fellow big footed women know of any online shops or anything were I could look? Thanks! 2.75 inch heels* Also, I'm looking for online stores only, really. Stores usually onl carry up to a size 10 so I need to order my size.
