Ladies....how many pairs of shoes do u own?
My friends think im crazy to own about 70 pairs and still be on the look out for more. I always buy them when they are on sale. I get chills and a major rush when i see pumps, high heel sandals, wedges and slides at 50-80% off. I love them!

barbie doll's shoes are missing when i bought it. how to contact mattel?
i bought a barbie doll and she didn't have any shoes on, and she was the only one that's left there. so i asked the sales lady if she comes with shoes, she said no she doesn't. but i still bought it. so i went to a different toys store again yesterday to shop for christmas, and i saw an exact same doll, but she has shoes on. i can't return it to the store because its been a month since i bought it, and i don,t have the receipt anymore. but you can find on the doll's box the website of mattel's customers service for replacement of missing parts. so i went to that website, but i don't know what to do. will mattel really replace that for free? how can i contact them? umm, how can i choose for the best answer? what do i do? but i'm from the philippines

You can call the Mattel Hot line and ask for replacement shoes...I did this with a doll that was missing a necklace...and YES they send it out for free.
