Your Questions About High Heels High Hopes Shirt

Helen asks…

Which leather jacket should I purchase? How should I wear them?

this ones pretty cute, i like hoodies: http://www.urbanoutfitters.com/urban/catalog/productdetail.jsp?itemdescription=true&itemCount=10&startValue=1&selectedProductColor=&sortby=&id=16562266&parentid=W_APP_COATS&sortProperties=+subCategoryPosition,+product.marketingPriority,-product.startDate&navCount=141&navAction=poppushpush&color=&pushId=W_APP_COATS&popId=WOMENS_APPAREL&prepushId= or this one, i like the assymmetrical zipper: http://www.urbanoutfitters.com/urban/catalog/productdetail.jsp?itemdescription=true&itemCount=60&startValue=1&selectedProductColor=&sortby=&id=16562068&parentid=W_APP_COATS&sortProperties=+subCategoryPosition,+product.marketingPriority,-product.startDate&navCount=42&navAction=poppushpush&color=&pushId=W_APP_COATS&popId=WOMENS_APPAREL&prepushId= My mom is buying me one of these leather jackets as a reward for working at her store. I was wondering which one I should get and how I should wear them. I want to make sure it looks age appropriate (I'm fourteen). I know leather jackets are very 'in' right now but I don't know exactly how to wear them. I'm more of a tomboy; I hate pink, lacy stuff, skirts, dresses, high heels, etc. and I also don't touch makeup. Most of the time I'm wearing basketball shorts and a baggy t-shirt and other times I usually wear t-shirts and jeans with sneakers and a hoodie. I am also planning to buy some baggy v-necks and camis to wear with it. Would that look cute? Right now I have an asymmetrical aline bob - left side about 1 1/2 inch below chin and right side 2 1/2 inch below chin. How can I pull off this look without looking like old or like a biker? Like I said, I am a tomboy, but my mom won't let me get a leather jacket unless I can look cute in it (my mom was hoping for a little girl that would like dollies and play dress-up but alas, she got me :P). Please be age appropriate. (I'm also very conservative) Please and thank you! Also, no, I'm not doing this to fit in, girls at my school only wear those boot things called urgs or something like that with skinny jeans and revealing t-shirt. I'm trying to be different and add some flair to my style.

Our pick of the answers:

I'm not sure how "tomboy" but for me i would go for the 2nd leather jacket. I LOVE IT! One way i would wear it is nothing cute but i think it looks great. Cami underneath, (black would be great), graphic tee would be good as well or a baggy shirt and then over the cami or graphic tee or baggy shirt wear your leather jacket with skinny jeans and sneakers? Or flip flops? The second one would also be a better choice since THINK LONG TERM. You might think you are a tomboy forever but chances are that you're going to be a little more girlier as you age so choosing the one with no hood can last you a long time hope this helps. Basically just wear a fitted tee or a baggy tee and skinny jeans and wear that over leather jacekt and that would look great! Boots would also look great, especially riding boots but it depends on you

Our pick of the answers:

Well, I'd say start shopping at Hollister and Abercrombie Kids. They are for girly girls. Www.hollisterco.com www.abercrombiekids.com At the actual Abercrombie Kids and Hollister stores, they have lots of sales so you don't always have to buy the really expensive stuff! There's also Forever 21.
