What does my sister need to start 8th grade?

We are going shopping together and she wants to start the year out fresh. Be the popular one. Shes really pretty and could probably compliment any clothing. She has all the school supplies, but what does she need as in clothes, shoes, accessories, etc. I don't know why this is in home school category, but she goes to public school.
