What can i wear with brown ankle boots and black skinny jeans? HELP.?

And i wanna wear my black skinnies with it...but i don't know what kind of shirt to wear or anything, lol. Help me outttt please.

STRAIGHT Semi- Formal hair ideas?
Hey there fellow yahooligans =3 Okay so I'm having my semi-formal in a month and my dress is a strapless black cocktail dress. I've already got shoes that match etc but I'm having quite a hard time with ways to do my hair. The thing is, I can't wear it up or in big curls without making myself look stupid (This is because the dress is very fun, flirty but curls would just be way to over the top and hair up would be to plain for the dress) So I need some options for my hair down, that include it being straightened (possibly waved aswell?, but I need instructions on how to do that...) I was also thinking maybe a thin lightly-jewelled hair band?
