ladies what would you consider a good sneaker?

so i am doing a fashion project and i used victorias secret yoga pants w matching tank for sports wear. I thought that was cute. As its what i wear to the gym. i usually see girls wear capri's and a sports bra. anyways some cute sneakers would be nice. But remember these are for comfort!

How to wear a dress in the winter?

I love wearing dresses, but it's getting colder and I need some cute ideas on ways to wear a dress in the winter. Like leggings ect. I hate uggs so please don't suggest them<3
