How to celebrities open their own clothing lines or fashion lines without a degree or experience?

There are people who have real qualifications, and knowledge who struggle to make it big, but how do many young celebrities with different background (such as singing or acting) open their own clothing or fashion line which generate millions? I guess once you make it big, there are more ways to make it bigger.

What top should I wear with nude heels and blue jeans?

I have a Christmas party tonight for work and I just got some new jeans and high heels, they look really cute together but I'm not sure what type or color of shirt would look the best with nude heels. All suggestions are welcome :) Thanks!
