Why are men wearing stiletto heels and still being their masculine selves?
The gender lines don't follow, nor have they ever really followed the sex identities of people. There are women that have developed more of the masculine personality and there are men that are noted for feminine behaviors and exhibitions. People have both the masculine and feminine personality traits with in them to be developed by being the individuals they are. Society ignored or denied this fact when it drew up the classification of what and who people are. Now as if it were set in stone, there is a double standard that has been initiated. The social attitude demeans men when they exhibit their feminine traits, but women are accepted when they exhibit their masculine traits. The ideal people as society has come to idolize them are not real profile of who people actually are. Human beings become who they are by using the traits they have. Their desires and feelings make up their personalities. Once these things are fully understood, the better society can serve its member to be greater individuals, in stead of putting down those that seem to be different then the standards have stereotyped men and women as being. Some men have wanted to show their feminine desires, but the ignorance of the social attitude forces them to deny and hide these traits that are part of what makes them whole. The scenario of the masculine man may exist in the ill-informed minds, but it hasn't really portrayed the male you may see in front of you. When males grow up with the potential of being socially rejected for having the title of words like sissy, they learn to hide that part of them, which internalizes a mental conflict that keeps them from realizing their potential. Who knows, maybe we could have had the cure for all the cancers or be living in a utopia from their influence, but the person who had the ability was detracted from reaching this plateau, because their mind was preoccupied with their inner feelings and desires from not being able to exhibit the real them. Oh, what could've been! Now as far as men in heels is concerned, it is a matter of choice according to who they are. Some men and women have found they really like wearing heels. They have the personal right to choose how they will adorn their personage. Everybody else needs to make their own choices and not impose their will upon others. Heels are footwear objects to be chosen just like hats, gloves, shirts, pants, and etc. are chosen.

The clicking of heels? (Men?) Do you Love?
I was wearing heels today for a presentation, and lots of guys were just staring at me. They were the guys that never stare at me.... What is it about the clicking of heels with the ground? :)

It signals GIRL LEGS!!! The right pair of stilettos gives a gal a great pair of stems, and guys are suckers for girls with good legs. God knows I am. As I told a lady friend of mine the other day as she walked up behind me in a parking lot, her heels making that signature sound: "I know that sound, AND I LIKE IT!"
