Lizzie asks…
What size high heels?
Hi I ordered 2 pairs of the same high heel shoe online in 2 different sizes (UK 5 and UK6). The UK5 is a little small and the UK6 is a little big. I don't wear heels very often and wondered is it best to go for the smaller size or the bigger size? Thanks :) Just to add, they don't do half sizes.
Our pick of the answers:
Keep the six, and use an insole. Insoles can be bought cheaply from chemists and many other places. Heels are hard enough to wear even when they fit, so wearing ill fitting heels is not a good idea! Buy the insole, they are very cheap so if you don't end up using them its not a problem. If with the insole it doesn't fit, maybe try a different brand of shoe. Different brands sizes come out differently. But I guess if it was those spesific heels you wanted, it may be difficult to find a very similar pair elsewhere. If they are just simple black heels then you will definately find another similar pair in another shop which will fit better, but if they are unique shoes then you might have some trouble finding a similar pair and have to go with the insole. Make sure you send one pair back soon though because with most stores if you've had them for over 28 days you will not be able to return them and get your money back! Hope this helps! :) xx
