Who do you think ultimately prove to be more important to a wrestling promotion, Heels or faces?
It seems like a pretty straight forward question but its not. Leave alone stuff like merchandise sales and focus on what keeps fans watching each week. For me it was the heels, i just loved heels, whether it is hate they seem to draw more emotion out of me. Whether people watch to see their heroes triumph or whether to see those stars they love to hate get whats coming to them, faces and heels are very important. So what is it that makes you tune in each week, the site of your favorite face having his hand raised at the end of the night or the possibility of the heel you hate most getting his a$$ handed to him and in your opinion which one ultimately proves more important in terms of drawing viewers, heels or faces? @ Rated Attitude, it is actually Hulk Hogan who is the most popular of all time and drew more views than anyone else but i see your point.

Both are technically VERY important no matter what, but heels are the ones that stand out more to me because without them, how do faces get that glory so that they can draw in fans and sell merchandise, they can't get any where without a heel to humiliate every week and out. Heels are the ones who hype up for the faces and put them over at points. However though, faces are occasionally important, they are the people which give the faces a show, the showman of the business and the heart of the show. So it's a pretty 50-50 situation but like I said, without heels, how can faces portray?

I Think it will help his career if he turns heel yeah i know he has a big connection with kids and women and he has big merchandise sales but when he was a heel back in 2003 thats what got him cheered in the first place he had a big connection with kids womens and young adult males then and he had high merchandise sales but when he turned face he lost part of that fanbase and if he turns heel again i think he can gain that back without losing merchandise sales or his connection with kids and women.
