Carol asks…
Is there a place where I can get my handbag repaired?
I am looking for a place that can repair my Chanel handbag. I have called Chanel 800 number no help. Please tell me there is some one out there that can fix my bag.

Our pick of the answers:
What type of material is it? I've taken some older leather purses (Nine West & Coach) to a reputable shoe & leather repair place and they came out good as new! Hope you can get it fixed!

Laura asks…
May I know the correct way to offer pooja in a Shiva Temple as well as in a Vishnu Temple?
I want to know the exact details from entrace through the Main Gopuram(Tower), which Deity to be worshipped first and which one at the last and the ways of doing prostration(which place it should be) etc. Also the method of "pradakshina" to Navagrahas in Shiva Temple may also be elaborated.

Our pick of the answers:
Shiva Temple: 1). Remove your shoes outside. 2). Step in to the temple and wash your legs (if water resource available). 3). First salute the Kodi Maram and prostrate (sashtanga namaskaram). 4). Look for Lord Ganesh and offer your first prayer and finish with situps by holding your ear and gentle knuckle knocking on your top skull. This will rejuvenate memory and focus. 5). Then go around the temple and offer prayers to all Gods Lord Dakshinamurthy - Pray him with silence and prostrate before him. Lord Vishnu - Pray and prostrate. Lord Chandikeswarar - He is the one who keeps record of all our visits to Shiva temple and he is believed to be in deep state of meditation all time. So he doesn't realizing our visit, snapping finger or clapping hands makes him realize our presence. Goddess Durga - Pray and prostrate. Lord Kaala Bhairavar - Pray and prostrate. Lord Hanuman - Pray and prostrate. Navagrahams - In traditional temple there will be 2 entrances to temple and navagraham place. If you are entering from West - Saneeswarar will be the first, followed by Kedu, Guru, Budan, Sukran, Chandran, Sevai, Raagu and in the middle the glorious Sun. Offer prayers to each one in each round. Never pray them with your hands folded (like namaskaram/vanakam), just do a hearty prayer and walk around (clock wise) casualy. After nine rounds exit out through other entrance. If you want to prostrate do it outside. Lord Muruga/Subramanya - Pray and prostrate. 6). Finish praying to all Gods outside first and then enter the main shrine. Sometime you may see asta dhik palaks inside, pray to them as well. 7). Worship lord Shiva, never stand in front of the shrine. Just stand on one side and offer your prayers. Get vibudhi, move on the Godess shrine and do the same. 8). Offer your prayers to other Gods inside the shrine and exit out in another direction. 9). Go around the temple and finally comeback to Nandi statue. View Lord Shiva in between his horns and whisper your wishes in his left ear. 10). Offer your salutation to the second kodi maram and prostrate there. 11). Sit in the temple for few minutes, close your eyes and meditate. 12). Get your prasadams, and exit through another entrance and get your shoes. I don't know about the Vishnu temple procedures, but I follow the same procedure like I mentioned above for Lord Shiva. Pradakshina means "to the right", I have seen some circulating in anti-clock direction. I don't know why. Venus (Sukran) is the only planet that rotates in anti-clock wise direction. May be they are offering their prayers to him.
