Sandy asks…
What should I buy when I go Back to school shopping?
How many... Shirts- Tantops- Jackets- Sweaters/cardigans- Jeans- Sweats- Bras- Socks(LOL)- Jewlerry Shoes- ANYTHING ELSE ? :O AND HOWMUCH SHOULD I SPEND? IS 200 ENOUGH?

Our pick of the answers:
Shirts- At least 5, up to about 10 (maybe more!). This is the main thing that people notice in an outfit -esp. If you wear it too often. This way, you'll have at least one new thing to wear for everyday of your first week of school. And if you do get to ten, combined with the shirts and tops you already have, you'll be set for the next month! Tank tops/Camis- About 5-8 basic neutrals, and 5-8 colorfuls. These are essential for layer, mixing, and matching. Make sure that you coordinate these with the tops you buy (and vice versa - pick up some nice layering shirts and tops, such as polos and henleys). Also make sure to cover the basic neutrals - white (get two or three - I wear the whites most often), black, brown, and nude. I love getting mine at Aeropostale, and I wear them daily. Jackets- I think 1 outdoors jacket is enough. I recommend getting like a wool peacoat, or a wool toggle coat, like this: http://store.delias.com/item.do?itemID=47995&categoryID=490&sizeFilter=&colorFilter=&brandFilter= But, you won't need this for at least a month, because it won't be cool enough, so don't be afraid to put something like this off until later. However, I do recommend getting a couple of fleece jackets, like the ones Columbia makes: http://www.columbia.com/Product/2/Womens/220/Sweaters-Fleece/10373/Benton-Springs-Full-Zip.aspx?viewAll=False Get one in black, and one (or more!) in another color. Once again, perfect for layering, or just a simple light jacket. I love mine, another item I wear quite often. Sweaters/cardigans- 2-6. These are another clothing item that I love, love, love!! They are huge right now, and you can get them in so many styles, colors, fabrics, etc. Again, a layering MUST, and they're so universal - wear it with one of your summer dresses or tops to make it school-appropriate, wear it with a cute graphic tee, wear them with camis, wear them to keep warm, wear them with skinny jeans, wear them with leggings... The possibilities are endless! I highly recommend shopping at dELias for those, because they have a bunch on sale right now. Jeans- 5-8. I like having a pair for everyday of the week, as they are my staple fashion piece in winter, and then a pair for each day of the weekend, and then another pair, just in case my mother doesn't get the laundry so I'll have something to wear on Monday.... Lol. I usually tend to buy more lighter wash pairs than darker wash because they go with more of what I own, but that's just personal preference. I would get a pair or two of skinny jeans, because they're still in style and they're great for semi-formal occasions. Sweats- 2-3. I wouldn't make this my whole regular wardrobe, but it's nice to be comfy once in a while :) However, sweatshirts and jeans are never off limits. Bras- I guess it depends on how many you already have. Personally, I would get 3-5, and then some 3-5 sports bras (keep a couple in your gym locker, just in case). Socks(LOL)- Same as bras, except I would get 6-12 pairs - you can never have too many socks! Again, keep a couple of pairs in your gym locker! I found this to be really helpful if I had been wearing flip flops or my friend needed a pair. Jewlery - Again, depends on your existing collection, but I'd say a few necklaces, and a couple rings and pairs of earrings to treat yourself is fine! Shoes- Try and cover all of your bases - flip flops, sneakers (like Rocket Dogs or Converse for everyday use, and athletic sneakers for gym class), sneaker and ballet flats, heels or wedges (you never know when you'll be feeling fancy! Haha), and boots (like Uggs). Shoes are what make or break an outfit, and are probably the most fun to shop for! Keep your gym shoes in your gym locker - you'll be glad you did! ANYTHING ELSE ? Dresses and skirts!! I would get a casual dress or two, and a 2-3 mini skirts (like, a jean denim skirt, a white denim skirt, and a brown courdoroy one). Oh, and gym clothes. I would get 2 or 3 T-Shirts (but you probably have shirts you can use just hanging in your closet) and 2 or 3 pairs of shorts. Keep in mind that you'll be constantly be bringing your clothes back and forth to wash them, so always keep a spare change of clothes in your locker just in case, and you may want to get a sport bag to carry them. I would maybe up the anty to 300 or even 350. But, if you really look for good deals and be a smart shopper, you can probably get 200 dollars to stretch pretty far. Hope this helps, and good luck shopping!

Mandy asks…
What are the name of these boots?
I really want a certain pair of boots, but I don't know what kind they are. They are boots with about 3 inch heels, usually come below the knee, and have buckles near the calf and possibly up top. They are popular in the color cognac, which is like an orangish brown, like the color of some horses. They are usually pictured with a pair of skinny jeans tucked into them, with someone wearing a white blazer. They are know as very "city girlish". If you know what I have in mind please let me know. Also if you have a website(s) or stores that have great deals, please include that. Max amount able to spend is $30.00-$40.00 would prefer store. Please do not include links with pictures, just names. Thank you!

Try Amazon. Three inch heels are sorta tall for a riding boot - try searching for a slouch or overknee boot. You'll get something like these in the price range you want. Hope this helps. Http://www.amazon.com/Hot-Fashion-Maquis-Womens-Motorcycle/dp/B00A0ZK56O/ref=pd_sbs_shoe_2
