How do I figure out my size to buy a women's Jeffrey Campbell pair of shoes if I'm a man?

I'm 18 years old and I'd like to get a pair of those fabulous JC shoes. But I'm a bit skeptical about my size. As you may know, shoe sizes differ from brand to brand. And I happen to be a male who wants to buy women's shoes. So how do I figure this out?! Please help.

I wear a size 5 in women's shoes: flats and heels. And I want to buy ked's sneakers and no one has size 5 so I'm trying to buy girl's sizes. So what is a size 5 women's in ked's sneakers for girls? Oh and are ked's sizes like regular shoe sizes? Please and thank you.
