Are Steve Madden shoes designer ??
I always thought Steve Madden was kind of like a designer brand -- not Prada-esque or anything but higher class. But then I got a pair of Steve Madden heels the other day & they were sooo cheap .. like $40!!! So is SM a designer shoe brand or not.. ?? ♥ XoXo ♥ -- Abby
