Mandy asks…
What are some examples of shoes that puts less pressure on the heels and more pressure on the toes?
After 8 hours stright on my feet, puting any weight on my heels causes pain, and the shoes I got now makes it hard for me to even stand on my toes/ball of my foot rather than my heel. So, I'm thinking about buying some new shoes but I don't know where to start. Something with a steep incline seems logical but for all I know that could be the opposite of what I need.
Our pick of the answers:
I would call a running store that sells high end sneakers like A Snail's Pace or something like that. You could even have heel spurs if the pain is really sharp. If your feet are really bad, get some supportive arch supports. But call a running store and ask the clerk that answers the phone. If it's a good store, they'll be able to help right away. Good luck!
Sandy asks…
Is it less uncomfortable for women who weigh less to wear heels?
I was wondering about this the other day. It makes sense, I just feel like wow, if these are sort of uncomfortable for me, imagine if I was overweight...
Our pick of the answers:
Well yes less weight to carry!
