Gothic clothes to be exact.Please make sure the price range for a shirt is at least 20.00 or 2 shirts for 30.00,also can the skirts,shoes,and accessories be very cheap. What are the best tall boots to wear with skinny jeans?

Looking to find some for my wife but am clueless what to look for. She is slim enough that skinny jeans would look good on her. I just need some ideas for where to get the boots and jeans. I know some tall boots won't work with skinny jeans.
