Gothic outfit for a guy?

I'm putting together a gothic/vampire outfit. It'll be for Halloween next year but I'm still interested in the fashion and would wear it from time to time. I prefer something more toned down and not too grunge, no chains or piercings. I'd like to grow my hair long, but with a style that's not really goth and won't make people go all wide eyed. My hair is naturally black.
