Is it appropriate to wear a stiletto/platform pump to church?

I am attending a wedding and want to wear my stiletto/platform pump (Jessica Simpson brand) to church. http://www.shoemall.com/catalog/product_popup.jsp?productId=44760 Do you think these type of shoes are too sexy for church and I should wear a lower heel/more conservative pump for church?
