Craft to do with shoes?

I work in the shoe department of a department store and we got a returned pair of ladies shoes size 11. One of the other managers came down to see us and would try on the shoes as a joke and say they were hers...she's a size 7. She is going to be leaving in two weeks and we wanted to do somthing with the shoes and give them to her as a going away present. They have a small heal and a peep toe. Any ideas? If not we were just going to buy them wrap them and give them to her but we wanted somthing a little more clever.
